Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In REM Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 15, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on May 18, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 20, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
