NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015 entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009307-O (32), in the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of the Lehman Brothers Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, 2005-2, is the Plaintiff, and Electric Technologies, Inc., a Virginia corporation; Joseph M. Varona; and 6417/6413 Pinecastle Boulevard Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2015, via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Orange County website for on-line auctions, the following described property situated in Orange County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3, 6417/6413 PINECASTLE BOULEVARD CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7908, Page 2727 and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Orange County, Florida.
