NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006860-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GARY THOMPSON A/K/A GARY E. THOMPSON; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JESSICA JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 9th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 182.02 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0º05'06” WEST 555 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 0º05'06” WEST 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 151.79 FEET THENCE NORTH 0º05'06” EAST 100 FEET, THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
