NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008135-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and AURELIA REYES BURKS A/K/A AURELIA BURKS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF THE EAST 405 FEET OF TRACT 121; AND THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 255 FEET OF TRACT 121, ROCKET CITY UNIT 3A N/K/A CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 102 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 20923 REYNOLDS PARKWAY ORLANDO, FL 32833-4959
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
