YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Petitioner's Attorney Daniel W. Hamilton, Esq., Tampa Law Advocates, P.A., 620 E. Twiggs Street, Suite 110, Tampa, FL 33602 on or before August 1, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this circuit court, located at: 255 N.
