NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11- 2014-CA-002787-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and Jimmy Warren, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of July, 2015, the following described property:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC REOCRDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
