NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112014CA000374XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America is Plaintiff and RONNIE CAMPBELL; TABITHA LYNN CAMPBELL; FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NA F/K/A PREMIER AMERICAN BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE SOUTH 89°54'00” WEST ALONG THE EAST-WEST 1/4 - 1/4 SECTION LINE, DISTANCE 160.00 FEET;THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, DISTANCE 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID ROBERTS AVE.; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH DISTANCE 90.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°54'00” WEST A DISTANCE OF 160.00 FEET TO THE CENTER OF A ROAD, THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID ROAD, DISTANCE 90.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°54'00” EAST ALONG ROBERTS AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY DISTANCE 160.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
