NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in 2011CA03372 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE SARM 2007-3 TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff and MARK DAVEY A/K/A MARK S. DAVEY; DIANE C. DAVEY are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET RIGHT OF WAY AND LESS THE SOUTH 2.16 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST ALL BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
