Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 17, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 106, BUILDING 8, FAIRWAYS AT PAR-ONE SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1040, PAGE 1249, AND AS AMENDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT'S SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on July 13, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
