NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 17, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-003484-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 2001, Building 20 of OPAL AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1760, Page 1175, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
