NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA002669AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSCOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CEERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, SARABAY WOODS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37 OF THE PUBLIC REOCRDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
