NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on July 17, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 24, of CANNON SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 109, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
