NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA001208AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DARLENE B. O'KEEFE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONALD J. WEMPLE A/K/A DONALD JOHN WEMPLE, DECEASED; DARLENE B. O'KEEFE-AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD J. WEMPLE A/K/A DONALD JOHN WEMPLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK “G”, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
