Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 2013CA003544AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JANICE LARSEN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LESS: LOT 2, LARSEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 37 AND 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING THE LAND LYING NORTH OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE TO THE WATERS OF THE LAKE, AND BETWEEN THE EXTENDED EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID LOT 2.
