NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051649 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2007-QH4, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR CEDENO; KENYA CEDENO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BLOCK 7070, SANDOVAL-PHASE 1 (PARCEL 102) ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 15 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
