NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-056434, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff, and PEDRO SOSA SR.; GEORGINA SOSA A/K/A GEORGINA M. SOSA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 2, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 51, UNIT 10, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
