Hensley, Deceased; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY,INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTSare the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of July, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 205, Building 3, PALMAS DEL SOL, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3122, Page 3693, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
