Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

Commence at the most Southerly corner of Lot 131 of Lakewood Villas, Unit Four, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 19, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, for a point of beginning: thence run along the Southeasterly line of said lot 131 North 67Ëš17'38” East, a distance of 65.70 feet to the most Easterly corner of said lot 131, thence run South 0Ëš31'10” West, a distance of 100.0 feet, thence run North 88Ëš33'41” West, A distance of 37.44 feet, thence run 77.14 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 375.00 feet and a chord of 77.0 feet which bears North 16Ëš48'49” West to the point of beginning. Being a portion of Tract 26 in section 3, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; Said portion of tract being designated in accordance with the plat of The Port Richey Company Lands recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 29th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
