NOTICE is hereby given that, Paula S. O'Neal, Ph.D., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 15th day of July, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., ET, via on-line auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 124, Holiday Gardens Estates Unit One, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 89 and 90, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
