and commonly known as: SEC 18 TWP 24 S RANGE, SPRING HILL, FL 34610, SPRING HILL, FL 34610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
