Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 9, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
TRACT 168 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF HIGHLANDS II, BEING DESCRIBED AS THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF
and commonly known as: SEC 18 TWP 24 S RANGE, SPRING HILL, FL 34610, SPRING HILL, FL 34610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
