Final Judgment was awarded on June 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004212-CAAX-WS , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB DBA CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR HLSS MORTGAGE MASTER TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOLDERS OF THE SERIES 2014-1 CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY HLSS MORTGAGE MASTER TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ELISE WITHALL, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRUCE WITHALL,; BRUCE LAWRENCE WITHALL; VIOLA WITHALL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, CREDITORS, ASSIGNEES, GRANTEES, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERESET BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BRUCE WITHALL, II AKAK BRUCE LAWRENCE WITHALL, II; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
