O'Neil clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1012, MILLPOND TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 10, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1530, PAGE 978, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 101, 102 AND 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
