NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2013-CA-003681-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and RENE GALLARDO; TRACEY GALLARDO; IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WILLOW POINTE/ PASCO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A NAME REFUSED, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, WILLOW BEND, TRACT MF-2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 102-106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
