NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-5590-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FIX1 TRUST, CSFB HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FIX1 is Plaintiff, and SALVATORE J. CORDARO; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 168 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF LEISURE HILLS SUBDIVISION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 24, SOUTH, RANGE 18, EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WESTERN 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES.
Property Address: 17608 Drayton Street, Spring Hill, FL 34610
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
