NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000584ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2006-HE7, Plaintiff, and, M. SCOTT CALHOUN A/K/A MARTIN SCOTT CALHOUN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 28th day of July, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 4: MATILDA'S WALK
The East 159.25 feet of Tract 43, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Subject to and together with a non-exclusive Ingress-Egress and Utility Easement over and across the South 35.00 feet of said Tract 43 and subject to a Utility Easement over and across the East 10.00 feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
