NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 4th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001619, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JESSE LEE NAPIER AKA JESSE L. NAPIER; KELLI NAPIER F/K/A KELLI SHELDON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 136, THOUSAND OAKS MULTI-FAMILY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 9 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
