NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003959-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN WHYTAS; DAWN HOFFMAN; CAPITAL ONE BANK USA, NA; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; ORCHID LAKE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants,. Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of AUGUST, 2015, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
