YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a homeowners assessments lien recorded on September 2, 2014, in Official Records Book 9079, Page 3740, in the Public Records of Pasco County, on the following property located in Pasco County, Florida.
ADDRESS: 24423 Crosscut Court, Lutz, Florida 33559.
LEGAL:
Lot 52, of OAK GROVE PHASE 1B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 18-26, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
A Foreclosure Complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, BRENTON J. ROSS, Esquire, 5550 W. Executive Drive, Suite 250, Tampa, Florida 33609 on or before JUL 27 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon the attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition:
