LOT 342, LAKE PADGETT SOUTH UNIT 4, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20 PAGE 38-40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
