NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-015203 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York As Trustee The Certificateholders Of The CWABS Inc, Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2006-IM1, is the Plaintiff and Adriana Strominger, Gerry Edwards, Howard Blackmon, Joseph Edwards, Karin Hesse, Lawrence Strominger, Mark Littlejohn, Marshall Garcia, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Robert E. Ryan, Robert Shereck, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
