Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein , is THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7CB Plaintiff, and KATHRYN MCLARNEY, an individual; PATRICK MCLARNEY, an individual; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE MORTGAGE STORE FINANCIAL, INC., foreign corporation; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation; CARDEL VILLAS AT COVINGTON ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 41, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 5A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 210 and 226, inclusive, Hillsborough County, Florida.
