NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 12th day of June, 2015, the clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 9222, Building 12 of Lake Chase Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Pages 34 through 162, and any amendments thereto, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association 9222 Lake Chase Island Way, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
