NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-000374-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Marianne Keim; Tracy L. Williamson, as Trustee of Trust Number 572 Lillian Drive Trust Agreement dated, the 1st day of December, 2006; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Trust Number 572 Lillian Drive Trust Agreement dated, the 1st day of December, 2006; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, OF CRYSTAL ISLAND FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
