NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 26, 2015 in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas county clerk of court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 27-D, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4150, Page 597 through 643 and Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 62 through 65, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
