YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BETTY-DREW APARTMENTS, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain apartment known as Apartment No. 5-F on the Fifth Floor of the apartment building known as BETTY-DREW APARTMENT, INC., in Clearwater, Florida, located on a parcel of land legally described as Lot 2, less the North 20 feet thereof, Block 7, and the South 150 feet of Block 7, Less the North 5 feet of Lot 1 thereof, all in Country Club Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less any party lying in the right-of-way of Betty Lane, together with the appurtenances belonging to said apartment, to have and to hold the above demised premises upon the covenants, conditions, and provisions set forth in said lease. With the following street address: 200 N. Betty Lane #5F, Clearwater, Florida 33755.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 7-27-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
