NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-001181-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LLP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LLP is Plaintiff and JAMES LEWIS AND RENEE FAGERQUIST, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 20, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes ,the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 6, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
