NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-013559-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR3 is the Plaintiff, and CARLOS R. SCAVASSIN, JR. A/K/A CARLOS ROBERTO SCAVASSIN JR.; SUELLEN M. SUZUKI A/K/A SUELLEN SUZUKI; MORTGAN STANTLEY CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 27, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, RE-PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE(S) 98 - 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
