NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-009197-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-E, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN UHLMAN; LISA UHLMAN A/K/A LISA S. UHLMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA UHLMAN A/K/A LISA S. UHLMAN; EDWARD R. MULLALLY; DIANE RADICEVICH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 8 AND PART OF LOT 7, BLOCK 20, SUNSET HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 20, SUNSET HILLS, AND RUN SOUTH 82 DEGREES 55' 00” WEST, 137.56 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 20; THENCE 76.85 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A NON-TANGENT CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 850.88 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 5 DEGREES 10' 28”, AND CHORD OF 76.82 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 05' 21” EAST, 143.17 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 7, THENCE SOUTH 03 DEGREES 14' 00” EAST 66.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
