NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10004084CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and NOELINE P. CHRISTIAN A/K/A NOELINE CHRISTIAN and JAMES CHRISTIAN are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the - 20th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 12, ROOSEVELT GROVES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 618 5th Avenue NE, Largo, FL 33770
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
