NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-006155-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Registered Holders of MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2007-WMC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and Faye R. Pearce; Willie Wilson aka Willie J. Wilson; Broadwater Civic Association, Inc.; State of Florida; Bayside Cabinets and Countertops; Unknown Spouse of Faye R. Pearce; Unknown Spouse of Willie Wilson aka Willie J. Wilson; Unknown Tenant/Occupant are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 12 FEET OF LOT 8, ALL OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH 33 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK A, BROADWATER UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
