NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14 006222-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, TD BANK N.A., Plaintiff, and, MED BAY LARGO, LLC, et. al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of July, 2015, the following described property:
Unit No. 5, Building A of Belcher Fountains, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6508, Page 415, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 96, Page 12, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property address: 1000 S. Belcher Road, Suite A-5, Largo, Florida 3377.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
