Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated June 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-008425-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MATTHEW D. SIMON, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 74, ALLEN`S RIDGE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 51, 52, AND 53, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
