NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000227-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY N. LOFFREDO, A SINGLE MAN, NOW DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANTHONY N. LOFFREDO, A SINGLE MAN, NOW DECEASED; SAM G. LOFFREDO A/K/A SAMUEL G. LOFFREDO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS POTENTIAL SUCCESSOR HEIR OF ANTHONY N. LOFFREDO, A SINGLE MAN, NOW DECEASED; ANTHONY S. LOFFREDO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS POTENTIAL SUCCESSOR HEIR OF ANTHONY N. LOFFREDO, A SINGLE MAN, NOW DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 3740 MAINLANDS BLVD N., PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA 33782; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 3740 MAINLANDS BLVD N., PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA 33782 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 19 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED JANUARY 29, 1970 IN O. R. BOOK 3258, PAGE 641, AND AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 3747, PAGE 833, O. R. BOOK 4216, PAGE 1452, O. R. BOOK 4275, PAGE 1910, O. R. BOOK 4384, PAGE 1528, O. R. BOOK 4780, PAGE 313, O. R. BOOK 4781, PAGE 1786, O. R. BOOK 5432, PAGE 392, AND O. R. BOOK 6196, PAGE 1687, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
