Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 2, HART'S ADDITION TO CLEARWATER, LESS the West 65 feet thereof, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 94, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (of which Pinellas County was formerly a part).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
