NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 14, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein John Boswell is the Plaintiff and Ronald C. Fulton; John Bellavia; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; State of Florida; Dimitrios Tellios; Unknown Parties in Possession, If Living, and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, under and Against the above Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 18, BLOCK K, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
