NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014672 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citibank, National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and William F. Dutka a/k/a William Dutka a/k/a B. Dutka and Judy L. Dutka a/k/a Judy Dutka, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, EAGLE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 96 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
