NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010601 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Joseph Russo is the defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 23 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT(S) 6 AND 7, BLOCK 4, GOLDEN GLOW GROVE SUBN., ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 61, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
