NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-011435-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage Llc, is the Plaintiff and Cloverplace Condominium Association, Inc, Jared Martin, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 114, CLOVER PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 98 TO 100, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5669, PAGE 189, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
