NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002618 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and SALVADOR LO CASCIO A/K/A SALVADOR LOCASCIO; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE FOUNTAINS AT METRO WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AIDA CIENFUEGOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 17th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 512 OF THE FOUNTAIN AT METRO WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8594, PAGE 3449, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
