NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-02790 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-15 is the Plaintiff and Wilfredo Rico; Claudia Marcela Parra; Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Keybank National Association ; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and all other unknown parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, an all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on March 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NAPLES FARM SITES: THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 330.0 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 37, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
